Please note that these terms and conditions apply to all transactions carried out through this site, with no exceptions. Being unaware of these terms and conditions will not void their applicability. You are therefore advised to read them carefully and in their entirety. The terms and conditions that are present in this document shall apply to all current and future visitors to the GYM DEPOT website. Nothing contained within these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.
GYM DEPOT reserves the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice. Changes will come into effect on the date that they are made available on this website.
1. Use of the website
By accessing this site you are indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You are not required to pay to use this website. All images, graphics, text and any other material viewable on this website is the property of GYM DEPOT. You are not permitted to use copy or reproduce any part of this site without the express permission from GYM DEPOT in the form of written consent. Harassment, obscene language or abuse on our website is strictly forbidden. Impersonating others, including GYM DEPOT employees is strictly prohibited as well.
While using the GYM DEPOT website, you may not distribute, upload, or publish any content that could be deemed as defamatory, libellous, threatening, obscene, abusive, illegal, or questionable or which may encourage or violate any part of the law. Further, you may not upload or publish commercial content to solicit or encourage others to join any other organization or online commercial service.
2. Ordering goods
Orders can be placed with GYM DEPOT through the online ordering system, via the telephone order line or via email. You have the right to amend your order at any point during the ordering process up until the point when you click ‘submit order’. Once the order has been submitted in this way it will be at the discretion of the GYM DEPOT team whether an amendment can be made.
You will be supplied with a unique reference number and details of the products you have ordered in the form of an email. This is an acknowledgement of your order and not a legally binding acceptance. If your order cannot be processed due to a problem with your payment details we will endeavour to inform you and invite you to amend your payment details, with a view to re-submitting your order. If the price of the goods has changed between the time of you placing your original order and the tie of you amending your payment details, it will be at the discretion of the GYM DEPOT team as to whether you will pay the amended price.
3. Prices and Payments
The prices stated on the GYM DEPOT website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. The prices stated DO NOT include delivery charges.
During the ordering process you will be invited to check the total price of the order before submitting the order for processing. At this point the total will include any delivery charge and will be the total amount to be taken as payment. If an error has occurred you will be able to amend your order before you submit it for processing. GYM DEPOT reserves the right to amend any prices or price offers. However, once you have placed an order your quoted price will not be capable of being changed.
If an item on your order becomes unavailable GYM DEPOT will offer you an alternative. You are under no obligation to accept this alternative and can request that the order of that specific item be cancelled. Legal ownership of the goods will pass to the purchaser at the time that payment is received by GYM DEPOT in full.
5. Product Descriptions
GYM DEPOT takes reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions are accurate. If a description is discovered to be inaccurate we will make this information available on this website and inform customers who have placed an order for the item. Customers will then have to option to continue with the order or to cancel it.
6. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee
GYM DEPOT offers a 14 day money back guarantee. This guarantee is available to all customers who have placed an order on the website, telephone or email. If you wish to return a product within fourteen (14) days of its arrival you are permitted to do so under the guarantee. You are not required to give a reason for your decision to return the product, however you will be encouraged to do so.
The 14 day money back guarantee will be void if the product has been used in any way or if it is not returned in its’ original packaging or if it is not returned in its’ original condition. In order to exercise your right under the guarantee you must follow the standard returns procedure detailed below, with the exception of detailing your reason for return. Please note that some items will be excluded from the 14 day money back guarantee. You will be informed of their exclusion before you place an order.
7. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If you need to return an item you must return it is its original condition and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available you must take reasonable steps to ensure that the item does not become damaged during its return journey. Any damage caused by inadequate packaging could result in an exchange or refund being declined. Alternatively the cost of the damage may be deducted from your refund.
A request to return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day money back guarantee period will be processed by the GYM DEPOT team and only authorised at their discretion. In cases of refunds, GYM DEPOT will only refund the price of the items(s) and not the price of delivery. In all cases you are expected to pay the cost of returning the items as well as the delivery charge for an exchange.
GYM DEPOT must authorise all return requests before the items are returned. If authorisation has not been given the return will not be processed.
In order to obtain authorisation the GYM DEPOT team must be contacted and an explanation for the return must be provided. A returns note and original receipt must be included in all returns. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will render your return request void.
Returns that are authorised for any reason other than faulty items or GYM DEPOT error will be subject to a 10% charge.
If you have intentions of returning your items for any reason, then you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to get a return authorisation number. No returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued if a return authorisation number is not obtained. Some of our products are not returnable due to hygienic reasons. These items include but may not be limited to mouth guards, gum shields, compression shorts, groin guards, underwear, socks, and groin cups. All returned items must be unsoiled and unused to be eligible for a refund. Returns must arrive at our returns centre within 14 days for all UK orders, 21 days for European orders, and 38 days for international orders. You will be responsible for all postage costs related to the return of your item, unless your item is damaged, or unless the problem is deemed to be our fault. If all procedures are followed, we will do our utmost best to process all refunds and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. Weekends and UK bank holidays are excluded. If you are eligible for a refund on your returned merchandise, then it will appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 days of being processed.

All content that is present on the GYM DEPOT website that includes but may not be limited to coding, graphics, text, and videos, is copyrighted and protected as collective work under U.K, and other copyright laws. Further, GYM DEPOT is the sole owner of all information contained therein. Limited permission is granted to copy or print portions of this website for the sole purpose of purchasing GYM DEPOT products or for placing an order. The use of these materials for any other purpose, including distribution, reproduction, transmission, or display is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing by GYM DEPOT. All trade names, trademarks, and other service marks that may be used on our website are the sole property and registered trademarks of GYM DEPOT.

GYM DEPOT collects your email address, phone number, credit card information, name, and mailing address when an order is placed. We also reserve the right to record the types of products that you purchase, and products that you have looked at or may be interested in. This enables us to monitor customers to determine how we can improve our services. You have the right to request that we stop using your information at any time. Minimum Age Policy
Although GYM DEPOT does not have a minimum age policy in place for purchasing our merchandise, a valid credit card or PayPal account is needed to place an order.
Warranty Disclaimer
GYM DEPOT offers all information listed on our website on an “As Is” basis, with no warranties given whether expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise. Many jurisdictions prohibit any exclusion or implied warranties, so this exclusion may not be applicable in your area. GYM DEPOT or any of our representatives or suppliers shall not be held responsible or liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages that may include but are not necessarily limited to loss of revenues or profits, replacement costs, or any other loss that arises from using our website any GYM DEPOT products. Even though GYM DEPOT has attempted to provide accurate information on our website, we are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies. All information that is published is believed to be accurate as of the date of publication. Delivery Policy
GYM DEPOT delivers our merchandise to hundreds of countries throughout the world. Shipping carriers and delivery times will vary depending on your location. If your order is in excess of 3kg, then certain delivery surplus charges may apply if the order is being shipping internationally or to offshore UK addresses. Free delivery is not applicable with promotions, discount codes, or through any form of discounts unless otherwise specified. All products and pricing of products is subject to availability and inclusive of VAT.
